Today, I noticed that my headphones turns on by itself without me turning the switch on.

I asked if I could upgrade as it seems expensive but they said that was not possible.
The Bose QuietComfort QC35 (series I) were a revelation when they were first released back in 2016 but they've since been superseded by the £350 Bose QuietComfort QC35 (series II).
